Envirotec is expanding its international footprint through a strategic alliance with Indian engineering specialist AuthentiK.

Envirotec and AuthentiK have already been cooperating, providing air pollution control solutions to both domestic and international customers in India. Recognizing the strategic importance of the Indian market, the alliance enables Envirotec to offer comprehensive turnkey solutions, including local service and support to its international client base in India. To underline the close ties between both companies, Envirotec has acquired a 20% equity stake in AuthentiK.

"This strategic investment is an important step for Envirotec to enhance our position and service offering in the Indian market", explains Tim Theiss, Managing Director of Envirotec. “The partnership is a win-win situation for both parties and our Envirotec's product and process expertise combined with Authentik's manufacturing and quality engineering expertise ensures that we can achieve the same high-quality standards in India.”

"Our collaboration with Envirotec represents a powerful synergy in delivering advanced environmental solutions backed by robust engineering and dedicated after-sales support. Together, we aim to set new benchmarks for sustainability and service excellence in the Indian market," says Girish Pathak, Director, AuthentiK Enterprises Private Limited.
