Haltermann Carless expands its Executive Committee team
Haltermann Carless is expanding its Executive Committee with two important departments, Corporate Development & Sustainability and People & Culture, thereby strengthening the chemical company's competitiveness for the future.
Haltermann Carless is strategically realigning its Executive Committee to enhance the company’s long-term performance and competitive strength.
In addition to the appointment of Dr Arne Hoppe as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) earlier this year, the leadership team is now being expanded to include two key areas:
Dr Eva Morsbach, responsible for Corporate Development & Sustainability, contributes her expertise in strategic corporate development, portfolio transformation, and mergers & acquisitions.
Vinny Chauhan will lead the People & Culture function, assuming responsibility for all aspects of human resources management – including organisational development, leadership enablement, and the promotion of a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
Peter Friesenhahn, CEO Haltermann Carless says: “True transformation happens where smart strategy meets empowered people. That’s why, for us, talent and strategy development are far more than functions — they are the heartbeat of change. They belong at the core of executive leadership, where the future is envisioned and shaped.”
